Samsung Electronics has finally decided to use any means possible to secure key semiconductor equipment. Important members of the company went all over the world, to all different countries like the US and Netherlands to go to where th major semiconductor equipment manufacturers are based, and from there they have made requests to smooth the product supply.

Investments in semiconductor facilities and equipment are set to increase drastically in a very short period of time, as in the United States it seems as though semiconductors and TSMC are seemingly going to expand in its foundry business, it is a big competitor to semiconductor equipment and their manufacturers.

Samsung Electronics is expected to head towards the United States this week to have discussions with key semiconductor equipment manufacturers regarding supplies and demand for their necessary equipment for Samsung.

The Global semiconductor industry recently has seen many new investments in production lines taking place, and Samsung has been raising production capacity.
